Work Permit : From THB 48,000

A foreigner who wants to work in Thailand is required to have a Work Permit. First of all, you shall have a Non-immigrant “B” visa or “O” to apply for said Work Permit. Transit, Tourist visas or W.30 are not allowed to apply the Work Permit. 

 To apply for the Work Permit, you have to provide documents related to your educational evidence, job experience certificate, marriage certificate and medical report which have to be translated into Thai. You have to apply the Work Permit at the Department of Employment.
